At Noreen Owens Photography, we specialize in creating striking, memorable, and impactful portrait art that can be passed down for generations. Our award-winning photographer is dedicated to providing each of our customers with exceptional customer service. To best communicate with our clients, we have provided our terms and conditions below.

Portrait Sessions

We take pride and specialize in striking, memorable portrait art and are happy to provide social media files with our logo of the portraits ordered.

Our commercial and executive portraits are the only lines that include options for digital files.

Any portrait credit that is eligible to be applied from your deposit may only be used if you keep your originally scheduled session appointment and your originally scheduled view and order appointment. Since deposits are used to hold your date and time on our calendar, all deposits are non-refundable. Any additional gifts or promotional items are also void.

If you are selected to be a part of one of our projects, your holding deposit is refundable as long as you keep your originally scheduled date and time of your appointment and your view and order.

If you cancel and reschedule for a later date, an additional reservation deposit is required to hold and secure your appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-transferable.

What does a complimentary photography experience include?

It includes a complimentary photoshoot with a photographer in the studio.

It includes a viewing session to see the selected images taken by the photographer.

If you are coming in for one of our projects, your reservation deposit of $149 will cover the cost of an 8x10 portrait. ($125 plus tax and shipping=$149) or you can use that as portrait credit toward something else you want to order. You must make your final order during your viewing session to have this credit.

Each experience will be limited to the subjects that are being scheduled in at the time of the session. Any additional or unexpected subjects will be charged a fee of $25 per person.

Promotions, portrait gift cards, and project promotions cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or used in any other way than specified.

Sessions and/or gifts are non-transferable and can only be used by the person it is registered to. It cannot be sold or given to another family member, friend or individual.

If you place an order at Noreen Owens Photography, it will have the following terms and conditions.

We retain the copyright to all imagery and reserve the right to use it for displays, exhibitions, or promotional/marketing purposes.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

Retainer Policy

In order to secure and reserve your time, there is a retainer for every appointment in addition to your session fee. You will receive the retainer as portrait credit.

In addition to the $250 session retainer, a non-refundable retainer of $149 to $500 is required (to be used as portrait credit) to hold scheduled time on the calendar for our studio sessions. To go on-site, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required.

Appointment Holding Deposits & Reschedule Policy

A holding fee / deposit will be required to secure and hold your appointments. This holding deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointments.

The holding fee / deposit will be refunded at your Portrait Appointment, provided that you have completed both your photo shoot and purchasing appointment at the correctly scheduled time and date. Failure to attend or complete your scheduled appointment will result in the cancellation of any prize and the forfeiture of the holding deposit.

We understand that life doesn't always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. In the event of this happening, your deposit will become portrait credit. We happy to include one reschedule. Additional reschedules would require a new holding deposit to be paid.

A holding fee / deposit will be required to secure and hold your appointments. This holding deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointments.

Hair and Make Up deposits are non-refundable.
